All content on our platform, including but not limited to masterclasses, video demonstrations, instructional materials, text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is owned by Cerivonatrix or our content licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or share content on our platform, including comments, questions, reviews, or forum posts, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting our services.

You represent that you own or have necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4.3 Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at help@cerivonatrix.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

5. Purchases and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Payment

Course and masterclass prices are displayed on our platform and may be subject to change. All fees are in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes, at the time of enrollment.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and provide accurate payment information.

5.2 Subscriptions

Some content may be offered through subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific course or masterclass purchased and is subject to our refund policy available on our platform. Generally, refunds may be requested within a specified period after purchase if minimal content has been accessed.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Course Access and Completion

Upon successful enrollment, you receive access to purchased courses or masterclasses for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Access periods may vary by course.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses. If a course you purchased is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access or content.

Certificates of completion, where offered, are issued based on your successful completion of course requirements as defined within each program.

7. User Conduct and Community Standards

• Treat instructors and other users with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from posting offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Not spam, advertise, or promote products or services without permission

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the platform. Technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Cerivonatrix AND ITS AFFILIATES, INSTRUCTORS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cerivonatrix, its officers, directors, employees, instructors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

12. Termination

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

If a dispute arises between you and Cerivonatrix, we encourage you to first contact us at help@cerivonatrix.com to seek informal resolution.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in appropriate courts having jurisdiction.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice through the platform or via email.

Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must discontinue use of the platform.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to certain services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cerivonatrix regarding use of the platform.

16.2 Severability

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or technical failures.
